To create a new event, please click on the create new event button:
Step 1 - Fill in the fields indicated in step 1:
Required fields
- Event Name
- Registration type - select one of the following options
- By invitation only (guests must enter their individual booking code to access the event landing page)
- One password for all guests (guests must enter a general password to access the event landing page)
- Open to all (public access to the event landing page)
- Default language (choose a default language for your event) - currently the following languages are available:
- German
- English
- Danish
- Dutch
- French
- Italian
- Event start and end date
Optional fields (Location)
- Name of the event location
- Address line
- Postal code
- City
- Country
The fields can also be updated later in the event settings.
Step 2 - Next, select the desired template for your event.
The following templates are currently available:
- Event (light) - A minimalist website template for e.g. formal events or corporate events.
- Event (dark) - A modern website template for e.g. exclusive events and evening events.
- Conference - A functional website template for e.g. conferences and events with multiple speakers or sessions.
- Movie Premiere - An elegant website template for e.g. award ceremonies or movie premieres.
- Party - A festive and colorful website template for e.g. celebrations and parties.
Of course, we can also create a customized template for your event. 💜
Click on create event to close the wizard and access your event cockpit.
