Read-only and check-in users available free of charge
The restricted user roles Read-Only and Check-In can be added to the company account (from Basic plan) at any time free of charge, even if no more standard user licenses are available. These roles can be transferred to users who only need to view the guest list or operate the check-in app on site, for example.
You can find an overview of user roles and authorizations here.
To add more users, go to Settings → My Users → Invite new user.
Deactivate and delete AirLST Suite company account
If you no longer need your AirLST Suite company account - e.g. during the free trial period - you can deactivate it at any time. Deactivating the company account removes access for all users. After 7 days, all your company account data will be deleted from our database. This process cannot be reversed. If you change your mind, you can cancel the process within the 7 days and reactivate the company account.
To deactivate your company account, go to Settings → My Company → Deactivate company account.
Please note that deactivating your company account has no effect on any current subscription. This must still be canceled separately. Our Customer Service & Support Team is available to answer any questions you may have.
Activate support access
When you contact our Customer Service & Support team, our support staff may need temporary access to your company account. In such a case, you will be informed accordingly by the responsible support employee. To activate support access, go to Settings → My company → Support access.
Please note that this access does not end automatically. You can terminate access at any time as soon as your support request has been resolved.
Show and hide field options
Sometimes you may want to hide certain options in your registration form. This function is now available to you and offers you flexible handling of field options. It doesn't matter whether the field options are limited or not. To hide a field option in the registration form, simply click on the corresponding icon to the right of the option.
Guest list and number of companions
If you have activated companions for your event and allow an individual number of companions for certain guests, you can now display this information in the guest list as an additional column → Field/Column: Max. number companions.
You also have the option of displaying the current number of companions per main guest → Field/column: Current companions counts.
You can sort, filter and export both fields.
Confirmation message for registration on the waiting list
To change the confirmation message when submitting a registration to the waiting list, go to the registration form on your landing page and open the Texts for registration tab. There you will find the text block Confirmation message for waiting list, which you can update at any time.
