Updated "Settings" section
The Settings area has been reorganized and restructured. You can now access following areas within the settings:
- My Profile
- My Company
- My Users
- Subscription & Billings
Two-factor authentication (2FA) for your user account
You can now activate an additional authentication method to increase the security of your profile. To do this, you need an authentication app or browser extension of your choice. To activate 2FA, go to the Settings section. Under My profile you will find the section Two-factor authentication (2FA). Click on the Enable Two-Factor authentication button there.
Updated messages section
The Messages menu item is now divided into two main categories Email and SMS. Within Email, you will find all the email templates you have already created, you can enter additional email sender addresses and view detailed email statistics. You also get an overview of your sent emails and your opt-in history.
Automatically generated SMS messages can be managed within the SMS area. More on this soon!
Landing page - New placeholders for event information
You can now use the event name, the start and the end of the event as placeholders on your landing page. To do this, click on the curly brackets in the text editor and select the Event group.
Seating - new Seats overview
In addition to the room overview, there is now another menu item Seats overview. This is a table that gives you a quick overview of your guests' seats. It is of course also possible to export this table.
Guest list and seating plan - New group views for main guest and companion(s)
As soon as the Allow companions function is activated in your event, new group views are available as a selection in the guest list (presets) and in the seating plan. This allows the main guest and companion(s) to be grouped and displayed in alphabetical order:
- First name A-Z and Z-A
- Last name A-Z and Z-A
