Release Updates (05/2024)
Improved sort and filter function for guest list & co.
The guest list offers an improved sorting and filter function, which is also available for all other tables such as the event overview or sent emails.
Sorting
The standard sorting always takes only one column into account. However, you have the option of sorting several columns at the same time. To do this, activate the Enable Multi sorting function under Options to sort several columns simultaneously and recognize the sorting sequence based on the column numbering.
Filter
The filters are now available directly under the column headings and allow you to filter the guest list more quickly. You can use multiple filters at the same time. Active filters are still displayed at the top right above the table. To remove a filter, simply click on the label of the active filter.
Activate two-factor authentication (2FA) for all users
In addition to activating 2FA for your profile, you now have the option as a user with the Company Owner role to enforce 2FA for all your users. Once activated, all users are automatically prompted to set up 2FA for their profile.
Under Settings - My company you will find the section Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for all users.
Please note that you must have previously activated two-factor authentication for your profile.
This function is only available in the Enterprise Plan.
Guestlist and table placement
As soon as you have created a seating plan and seated the first guests, the table seating details will automatically appear in the guest list. To do this, activate the Table seating field in your guest list to display the room name, table number, table name (if available) and seat number. A guest can be seated in several rooms. In this case, all available seats are displayed separated by commas.
In the check-in app, the guest's table seating is displayed in the guest detail view under Table Seating. To display the table seating at check-in, activate the Seating field in the Select Alert Fields app settings.
Automatic e-mail preview text
The preview text is the short text that you see under each email subject line in your inbox. This is generated automatically and contains the initial text of your email and no longer, for example, the link of your inserted header image (if available) if you have not stored your own preview text. If you would like to store a different preview text, use the Preview Message area in your email template.
CSV download of DNS records for e-mail senders
A download button is now available for you to export the DNS records for your email sender as a CSV file.
Styling of the registration form
The styling options for the registration form have been moved. These can no longer be found in the Theming area, but within the registration form in the Styling tab. There you can adjust the form style (background color, title color, width) and the form fields.
Check-In App - Swipe function for check-in/check-out
The check-in app supports check-in and check-out within the guest list using the swipe function.
- Swipe to the right → Check-In
- Swipe left → Check-Out
