Release Updates (06/2024)
SMS messages
Create SMS template
To create an SMS template, navigate to the menu item Messages and select the menu item SMS templates. If you have not yet created an SMS template, the following view will open:
You can create your SMS template using the Add new template button.
Sending SMS messages
Once you have given your SMS template a name and a sender name you can start entering the text of the SMS in the text field under the sender name Messages.
Placeholders can also be inserted into the text. To do this, click on the Add placeholder button to make your text message even more personalized. To test whether your placeholders work correctly, you can send yourself an SMS, where you can see in the preview how the SMS would look for you without having to send it.
Attention: A mobile number must be stored with the guest.
To send an SMS, go to the guest list, select your guests and click on Send SMS at the top left of the multi selection.
When sending an SMS, you will also see the costs in the preview. If you send an SMS to several guests at the same time, you will see the costs for all of them.
SMS credit and packages
Buy an SMS package to top up your SMS credit and send SMS messages to your guests. Please note that the price of a single SMS may vary depending on the recipient's country. The costs are calculated and displayed for each message based on your selected guests. You can find an overview of the SMS prices under the menu item of the same name. Here you will find a list of SMS prices for each country.
You can find your current credit balance at any time in your settings under Subscription & billings or in the SMS statistics.
Extended language selection
The AirLST Suite now offers you the option of setting up your landing page, your emails and your tickets in a total of six languages. In addition to the already known languages German and English, the following four languages have now been added:
- Danish
- Dutch
- French
- Italian
When creating an event, you must define which languages you want to use for your event.
Please note that if no language is defined for your guests in the data record via import and this is also not requested during the registration process, communication with the guest will always take place in the stored default language.
If you need to create your registration form in a language you are not familiar with, use the field keys displayed as a guide. The following screenshot shows some of our standard fields in Dutch. The key below the fields shows which field it is.
Finally, it is important to mention again that all your assets, i.e. the landing page, the tickets (PDF and wallet) and your emails must be created in all selected languages.
Login for accompanying persons and guests on the waiting list
Guests with the role 'companion' or the status 'waitlist' can log in to the landing page with their personal booking code. To do this, use the usual placeholder {{guest.landing_page_url_with_login_code}} in your confirmation email so that the guest is automatically logged into the page.
Editing the registration is not possible for these two guest groups. You can check the corresponding text that is displayed instead of the registration form in the edit mode of the registration form via the Registration texts button and adjust it if necessary.
Load and save table view
A saved table view now also takes the set filters into account. To do this, set your table view including the desired filters and then click on Options -> Save table view. In the following screenshots, we create the table view so that all guests with the guest status confirmed and the role main guest are displayed.
Please note that the table views you have created are only available at event level.
