New Quick Actions and Additional Information for Guests
In the revamped guest detail view, you now have the following quick actions available:
Send Email: Contact your guests directly from the detail view. With one click, you can compose and send an email immediately.
Edit: Easily update your guests' information. All relevant data is quickly accessible and can be modified as needed.
Check-In / Check-Out: Manage the arrival and departure of your guests directly from the guest list. Mark participants as present or absent with just one click.
Add Companion: Quickly and easily add companions for your guests.
Archive: Keep your data organized by archiving guests who are no longer needed. They remain securely stored and can be restored or deleted if necessary.
Additional information in one glance
Along with the new quick actions, the guest detail view now offers extended additional information:
- Number of Messages: See at a glance in the Messages tab how many messages you have already sent to each guest.
- Number of Companions: Check in the Companions tab the number of companions each guest is bringing.
Flexible Display of Radio Buttons in the Registration Form
Make your registration form even clearer and more appealing. You can now choose whether to arrange radio buttons horizontally or vertically in a selection field.
Extended Information in the Detailed View of a Sent Email
From now on, you can view important information such as subject, sender, recipient, reply-to address, and attachment filenames in the detailed view of sent emails. This update makes it easier to track and manage your email communication, providing even more transparency and clarity.
To view this information, go to: Messages → Email → Sent Emails and click on any email.
Improved Event Copying Function
We are excited to introduce our improved event copying function! The new status display keeps you updated throughout the copying process, and a notification will inform you once the process is complete.
Event Time Zone for Your Event
From now on, you can set a specific time zone for each of your events. This makes planning and coordination easier, especially for international events. Check-in times or timestamps for guest updates or registrations will be displayed in the event time zone. You can set the time zone during event creation or within the event settings.
Archiving and Exporting Events
With this function, you can easily archive past events to keep your event overview clean and organized. Additionally, the export function allows you to effortlessly secure all relevant event data.
New Placeholder - Main Guest of a Companion
We have expanded the placeholders, and you now have the option to display the main guest associated with a companion. The placeholder is available in the placeholder selection for emails or tickets under the group Companion Information.
