In this article, you will learn more about the tickets you can create for the guests of your event.
There are generally two types of tickets you can create:
- PDF Tickets
- Wallet Tickets
PDF-TICKET
Creating and editing PDF tickets works the same way as editing your emails – you use the same editor.
For more information on how to work with the individual widgets, please refer to this separate article: Email Editor.
To enter edit mode, click the edit icon, which is highlighted in red in the screenshot below.
The following view will open:
To edit individual sections, click on the respective row of the section you want to modify. It will be outlined in blue when you hover over it with your mouse. In the screenshot above, for example, the text section is selected for editing (blue outline), while all other rows are labeled accordingly.
In the text field, you will see several placeholders enclosed in curly brackets { }. These are used to automatically personalize your tickets. Each guest receives an individually completed ticket based on the information stored in their data record.
Example: {{contact.full_name}} means that the guest’s full name will appear at this position on the ticket.
WALLET-TICKET
The Wallet Ticket is designed for mobile viewing and use. After clicking “Wallet Ticket”, the following view will open:
Enter the desired name for the ticket in the Ticket Name field.
To edit the logo, click on the current logo in the preview (shown in the example at the top left → “logoipsum”).
The following view will then open:

Now click the pencil icon to upload a new image. Make sure to follow the specified dimensions.

Below the logo, you’ll find the text field, which is divided into three rows (outlined in purple in the screenshot below). Here too, placeholders in curly brackets are used to automatically personalize the ticket.

NOTE
The label is not personalized and applies to the entire guest list of your event. The text field, which uses curly bracket placeholders, is personalized and is automatically filled with the data stored for each individual guest.
- Main field: refers by default to the name of your event.
- Additional field 1: refers by default to the guest’s name.
- Additional field 2: refers by default to the guest’s booking number or access code.
You can, of course, also customize the ticket colors. You have the option to change either the text color or the label color.
Simply click on Label Color or Text Color to make the desired adjustments.
