In the AirLST Suite, you can manage your subscription and the billing of your booked add-ons. This article explains the available options, from selecting a subscription plan to managing payment details and reviewing past invoices.
SUBSCRIPTION SELECTION AND PLANS
We offer different subscription plans to meet the various needs of our users. Choose a plan that best fits your event management requirements.
AVAILABLE PLANS
- Basic – All tools and a modern look for your guest management.
- Advanced – Professional, customizable, and personal.
- Professional – More service for large teams managing many guests.
- Enterprise – For large organizations with complex requirements. Available on request only.
Plans are flexible and can be changed or canceled at any time. Once you select a plan, all features and capacities of the chosen subscription are immediately available.
AVAILABLE ADD-ONS
- Guest Package 500 – Extend your guest quota by 500 guests.
- Guest Package 1000 – Extend your guest quota by 1000 guests.
- Guest Package 2000 – Extend your guest quota by 2000 guests.
- Guest Package 5000 – Extend your guest quota by 5000 guests.

- SMS Package S – Purchase to top up your SMS balance and send SMS messages to your guests.
- SMS Package M – Purchase to top up your SMS balance and send SMS messages to your guests.
- SMS Package L – Purchase to top up your SMS balance and send SMS messages to your guests.
- Custom – Purchase a custom SMS package to top up your SMS balance and send SMS messages to your guests.
SUBSCRIPTION RENEWAL AND CANCELLATION
AUTOMATIC RENEWAL
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the billing period. You will receive a notification before each renewal to ensure there are no unintended extensions.
CANCELLATION
If you would like to cancel your subscription, please contact our Customer Service Team. After cancellation, you will continue to have access to the services until the end of the billing period.
Unless otherwise contractually agreed, the cancellation period is 30 days before the end of the contract term. Please contact our Customer Service Team in time to ensure proper processing.
PAYMENT METHODS
To activate your subscription, you must either add a payment method or complete an order through our Sales Team, for which you will receive an invoice.
For self-service bookings, a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, UnionPay, etc.) must be stored.

CAN I UPGRADE MY SUBSCRIPTION?
Yes, an upgrade is possible at any time. The new plan will be charged proportionally, so you only pay the difference for the current period.
CAN I SWITCH BETWEEN PLANS DURING THE SUBSCRIPTION TERM?
To switch from your current plan (e.g., Advanced) to a higher (e.g., Professional, Enterprise) or lower (e.g., Basic) plan, please contact our Customer Service Team.
ARE THERE DISCOUNTS FOR LONGER SUBSCRIPTION TERMS?
Yes, we offer discounts for annual subscriptions. Please contact our Sales Team for details.
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?
Currently, we accept credit card payments for annual or monthly subscriptions purchased through the AirLST Suite. To do so, go to Settings > Subscription & Billing and click Upgrade to view the available plans. You can choose between Basic, Advanced, and Professional.
Payment by invoice is available for single-event bookings as well as Enterprise contracts. Please contact our Sales Team for this option.
HOW CAN I INCREASE MY GUEST QUOTA?
If your guest quota is too low or used up, you can purchase additional guest packages at any time.
- For trial periods or monthly/annual subscriptions booked via the AirLST Suite: Go to Settings > Subscription & Billing and click Add-Ons. You can directly purchase guest packages using your stored payment method.
- For single-event subscriptions or Enterprise contracts: Please contact our Sales Team.
WHAT ARE THE CANCELLATION DEADLINES?

WHERE CAN I FIND MY INVOICES?
- For monthly or annual subscriptions booked through the AirLST Suite: Go to Settings > Subscription & Billing and click Billing Portal. There, you will find your invoice history with download options. Additionally, invoices are always sent via email.
- For single-event subscriptions or Enterprise contracts: Invoices will be sent via email or as agreed individually.
