This article explains how to create photo and video galleries for your Event App.
CREATE A GALLERY
1. Open Event App > Galleries.
2. Click Create gallery and enter a name (e.g., "Event Impressions").
ADD ITEMS
Add images and videos to the gallery either by uploading them directly or selecting them from the media library. The "Items" column in the gallery overview shows how many media items a gallery already contains.
DISPLAY GALLERIES IN THE APP
Link a gallery to an app page (e.g., via a panel in the page builder) or use the designated standard page "Gallery" so that attendees can access it during and after the event.
USE CASES
• A continuously updated gallery featuring impressions from the event.
• A post-event gallery featuring selected highlight photos.
| Tip: Update the gallery regularly during multi-day events to give attendees a reason to continue using the app after registering. |
