This article explains how the Marketplace is structured and what you can use its sections for.
WHAT IS THE MARKETPLACE?
In the Marketplace, you can see all AirLST Suite products and features in one place: what is included in your plan, what you have already booked and what you can request additionally.
You can also manage your quotas, requests and the visibility of menu items here.
You can open the Marketplace at any time using the Marketplace button at the top right of the header, next to the notification bell.
THE SECTIONS AT A GLANCE
| Section | What you use it for |
|---|---|
| Discover | Browse, filter and view all products in detail |
| My products | View your plan, your quotas and all products you can use |
| Quota | Check and increase the usage of guests, app users, SMS credits and AI credits |
| Solutions | View the products of a solution together, e.g. Event App or Event Planner |
| My requests | Track submitted requests and their status |
| Shopping cart | Compile your selection and submit it as a request |
The search, My requests and the Shopping cart are located in the bar at the top of every Marketplace page. The number next to My requests shows how many requests are still open.
The number in the Shopping cart shows how many items you have selected.
THE SOLUTIONS
In the left-hand column, you will find the following sections under Solutions:
- AI
- AirLST Suite
- Event Planner
- Event App
- Landingpage Builder
- ScanMyLead
Each solution page shows the main product with a description as well as all associated products. Depending on the solution, you will also find a plan comparison or an overview of the licences there.
STATUS INDICATORS ON THE PRODUCT CARDS
Each product card shows the status of the product for your organisation:
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Included | The feature is included in your plan and can be used immediately |
| Active | The product has been booked or enabled for your organisation |
| Trial | You can set up and test the product, but cannot yet use it in full |
| Price on request | The product can be added; you will receive the price with the quote |
| Coming soon | The product is in preparation and not yet available |
