The AirLST Suite offers five different user roles:
- Company Owner
- Admin
- Manager
- Check-In
- Viewer / Read-Only
Each user role has different permissions. The following overview shows the rights that are assigned to each role by default.
| NOTE | To invite users and change roles, you need at least the role of “Admin” or “Company Owner”. |
AVAILABLE USER ROLES

| Company Owner | Full control over the company account, including user, role, and billing management. |
| Admin | Comprehensive rights to manage events, guests, settings, and user administration. |
| Manager | Management of individual events and guest lists without access to billing, API, and certain sender settings. |
| Check-In | Restricted role – primarily for using the check-in app on-site. Available free of charge. |
| Read-Only | Read-only access to events and guest lists. Available free of charge. |
| INFO | This overview shows the default permissions of each role. (As of June 2026) |

READ-ONLY AND CHECK-IN – AVAILABLE FREE OF CHARGE
| INFO | The restricted roles Read-Only (Viewer) and Check-In can be added to the company account (starting from the Basic plan) free of charge at any time – even if no standard user licenses are available. |
These roles are suitable for users who:
- only want to view events and the guest list (Viewer / Read-Only), or
- need to operate the check-in app on-site (Check-In).
