In the AirLST Suite, you can manage your subscription and the billing of your booked add-ons. This article explains the available options – from selecting a subscription plan to managing payment details and reviewing past invoices.

We offer various subscription plans to meet the diverse needs of our users. Choose the plan that best fits your event management requirements.

GUEST PACKAGES
- Guest Package 500 – Expand your guest quota by 500 guests.
- Guest Package 1.000 – Expand your guest quota by 1.000 guests.
- Guest Package 2.000 – Expand your guest quota by 2.000 guests.
- Guest Package 5.000 – Expand your guest quota by 5.000 guests.
SMS PACKAGES

- SMS Package S – Top up your SMS credit and send SMS messages to your guests.

RENEWAL AND CANCELLATION
AUTOMATIC RENEWAL
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the billing period. You will receive timely notification before each renewal to avoid unwanted renewals.
CANCELLATION
If you wish to terminate your subscription, please contact our Customer Service Team. After cancellation, you will continue to have access to the services until the end of the billing period.

Notice Period Annual licenses can be canceled by either party with a notice period of sixty (60) days before the end of the respective contract term. If not canceled in time, the annual license will automatically renew for another twelve (12) months. Monthly licenses can be canceled by either party with a notice period of thirty (30) days before the end of the respective contract term. If not canceled in time, they will automatically renew for another (1) month each time. |
PAYMENT METHODS
To activate your subscription, you must either provide a payment method or complete an order through our sales team, for which you will receive an invoice.
For self-service bookings, a credit card must be provided.
FAQ: FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Can I upgrade my subscription?
Yes, an upgrade is possible at any time. The new rate will be charged on a pro-rata basis, so you only pay the difference for the current period.
Can I switch between plans during the term?
To switch from your current plan to a higher or lower one, please contact our Customer Service Team.
Are there discounts for longer terms?
We offer discounts for annual subscriptions. Please contact our sales team for details at kontakt@airlst.com.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Currently, we accept payment by credit card when purchasing an annual or monthly subscription through the AirLST Suite. To do this, go to Settings Subscription and Billing and click on Upgrade to view the available subscription plans. You can choose between Basic, Advanced, and Professional.
Payment by invoice is possible for single event bookings as well as Enterprise contracts. Please contact our sales team at kontakt@airlst.com.
How can I increase my guest quota?
If your guest quota is too low or has been used up, you can purchase additional guest packages at any time. If you are in the trial phase or have booked an annual or monthly subscription through the AirLST Suite, please go to Settings Subscription and Billing and click on Add-Ons. There you will find a selection of guest packages that you can purchase directly using the existing payment method.

Where can I find my invoices?
If you have booked an annual or monthly subscription through the AirLST Suite, please go to Settings Subscription and Billing and click on Billing Portal. There you will find your invoice history with the option to download. Regardless, you will receive the invoice by email upon payment.
If you have booked a single event subscription or Enterprise package, you will receive the invoice by email or as agreed.
