This article explains how to grant the AirLST support team temporary access to your account, control the duration, and revoke the access again.
REQUIREMENTS
- You have an active AirLST user account with administrative rights for your company.
- The My Company setting is available in your account.
OVERVIEW
With the Support Access, you grant our Customer Service team temporary permission to view your account. This allows us to directly review your events, guest lists, checkout configurations, and other settings, enabling us to address your concerns more quickly and precisely.
The access is valid only for the period you specify and ends automatically afterward. You can grant access again at any time if further assistance is needed.
Note: Without active access granted, our support team has no access to your account. Access can be terminated early at any time.
HOW TO ACTIVATE SUPPORT ACCESS
- Click your user profile at the top right and select Settings.
- Navigate to the My Company section.
- Scroll down the My Company page until you see the Support Access option.
- Check the box Enable Support Access to grant access to the support team.
- Confirm your selection by clicking Save.

Note: The period begins the moment you save the change. Extension is possible by saving again with a new time period.
SECURITY & DATA PROTECTION
The protection of your data is our highest priority. The following rules apply to support access:
- Access is strictly limited to the period you choose and ends automatically afterward.
- Access is solely for analyzing and handling your support request.
- Your data is treated confidentially and not used for other purposes.
- You can deactivate the access at any time in the settings.
ENDING SUPPORT ACCESS
- Open Account Settings → My Company.
- Scroll to the Support Access section.
- Uncheck the box Enable Support Access.
- Save the change – access ends immediately.
