In this article, you will learn how to set up a custom domain for your event landing page and which DNS records are required.
PREREQUISITES
Before you start, you will need:
- An active AirLST event with a Professional or Enterprise subscription
- Access to the DNS settings of your domain (via your IT department or hosting provider)
- The desired domain or subdomain (must already be registered)
OVERVIEW
By default, your event landing page is hosted under an AirLST domain.
With a custom domain, you can use your own domain or subdomain instead, e.g. onsite.your-company.com.

STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE
1. Navigate to your event and click on Landing Page.
2. Open the Website Settings.
3. Enable the Custom Domain option.
4. Select the desired domain type (Standard or Wildcard).
5. Enter your desired domain in the input field. The required DNS records will be displayed automatically.
6. Set up the displayed DNS records via your IT department or hosting provider.
7. Click Verify Domain once the DNS records are active.
8. Upon successful verification, click Save.
REQUIRED DNS RECORDS

| Note: After setting up the DNS records, it may take 24 - 48 hours for the changes to propagate globally and for the domain to be verified. |
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What happens if the domain verification fails?
If the DNS records have not yet been set up or have not yet propagated, an error message will appear.
In this case, wait up to 48 hours and try again.
Can I change the domain later?
Yes, you can set up a different domain at any time.
Simply deactivate the existing custom domain and configure a new one.
Which domain type is right for me?
