GUEST LIST OVERVIEW
After logging in, you will be welcomed by the guest list. Here you get a quick overview of all guests..
- You can see the guest’s name as well as the company they belong to.
- In addition, a green check mark on the right indicates whether the guest has already checked in.
- The “+1” shows that this guest is the main guest and has registered companions.
- The “(→ B. Merritt)” shows that this guest is a companion, and “Barbara Merritt” is the main guest
You can click on a guest to open the guest detail view. In this view, you have the option to edit the guest using the icon in the top right corner. You can also see the guest status, the number of companions, and all other information related to the guest. There are 3 additional categories.
- Contact Details (contain general guest data)
- Booking Details (contain event-related guest data such as booking code or custom fields)
- Check-In History (check-in / check-out timestamps of this guest including device name and location, if available in the app settings)
You can sort and filter the guest list using the filter icon in the top right corner.
ADD GUESTS
If you want to create a new guest, click on the Add Guest icon in the top right corner and fill in the required fields.

CHECK-IN
There are two ways to check in guests.
Either in the individual guest detail view or by using the QR code scanner. To use the integrated QR code scanner, you first need to allow iOS camera access.
When scanning a QR code, the guest is automatically checked in, which is the default setting. However, you can also disable the automatic check-in function and check in guests manually. The manual check-in scanner opens the guest detail view. Here you can manually check in the guest by clicking the “Check-In” button in the top right corner.
In addition to the scanner settings, you can switch your phone’s flashlight on or off, e.g., when scanning printed QR codes.
If the guest has companions, a notification will appear asking whether you would also like to check in their companions. In the next step, you can check in the guest’s companions or add new ones, if available (e.g., companions enabled and free slots available).
After clicking Done, the guests are checked in, and you can see this confirmed by their names at the bottom of the camera screen. In addition, you will see a timestamp indicating when the guests were checked in.
Next to the name, there is an arrow showing the synchronization status. A green arrow indicates successful data synchronization, a yellow arrow means synchronization is not possible (possibly due to a missing internet connection), and a red arrow indicates an error.
