Automatic name badge printing after check-in with Brother printer

REQUIREMENTS:

Checklist for users / prerequisites:

• The correct printer is installed

  • Required printer: Brother QL-820NWBc
• The appropriate label is inserted
  • Suitable labels: Brother-Etiketten Brother DK-22205, weiß 62mm x 30,48m, Endlos-Etiketten, Papier
• The AirLST Check-In App is installed
• A name badge template has been created in the Suite

GUIDE: HOW TO USE AUTOMATIC NAME BADGE PRINTING

1. Connect your smartphone to the Brother printer

• Open your phone’s Bluetooth settings (not within the Check-In App).
• Connect to the Brother Label Printer.

2. Open the AirLST Check-In App

• Launch the AirLST Check-In app.
• Go to the Settings menu.

3. Enable printing options

• Scroll down to Printing Options.
• Activate the toggle for Printing.
• Select Online SaaS as the printing method.

4. Configure the printer

• Tap Change Print Configuration.
• Follow these steps:
  • Printer > Bluetooth Printer > Search for Printers.
  • Select your Brother Label Printer.
  • The status should now display “Connected to: QL".

5. Select a Template

• Go to Template > Available Templates.
• Choose your desired name badge template.

6. Back to Settings

• Return to Settings.

7. Enable Automatic Printing

• Activate the toggle for "Enable Auto-Print on Checkin.

✅ All done!
From now on, a name badge will automatically be printed for your guest at each check-in
