ALT TEXTS FOR IMAGES ON THE LANDING PAGE
With this feature you can add a precise alt text to every image in the Landing Page Builder and name it exactly as you wish.
Just follow these steps:

Landing Page Editor
Navigate to your landing page and open the Landing Page Editor. -
Upload media
Add the image you want to use. -
Insert alt text
Enter a meaningful description that enables screen readers to understand the image content. - Save
Result: Screen readers can reliably interpret your images and you increase the accessibility of your landing pages — fully compliant with the German BFSG.

FILTERS FOR THE GUEST LIST IN SEATING
What’s new?
This feature lets you set targeted filters in Seating so you see only the right guests for the free seats at a glance. Seat assignments become noticeably faster and error-free.
Here’s how to set the filter:

Open room overview
Open the desired room in the room overview. -
Open settings
Click the settings icon at the top right. -
Set the required filters
Select “Filter” and activate the guest status you need, e.g. “Confirmed.” - Save
Result: The selectable guest list now shows only the filtered guests. You can assign seats precisely and effortlessly.
PRODUCT UPDATE
HOVER DISPLAY IN SEATING
With this update you decide which guest information appears in Seating when you hover over a guest who’s already assigned. You instantly see only the details relevant for your seating decisions.
Just follow these steps:

Open room overview
Open the overview in Seating and select the desired room. -
Open settings
Click the settings icon at the top right. -
Add your desired fields in the “Guest details” section
Add fields or change the order of displayed fields — for example Name, Guest Status, Job Title or Company. - Save.
Result: When hovering, the system shows you exactly the selected information for each guest. You stay on top of things, make quick decisions and optimise the entire seating process!
