WALLET TICKETS FOR MULTI-DAY EVENTS
With this update, Wallet Tickets remain visible and valid for the entire duration of your event.
How it works:
- In the Tickets section, open your Wallet Ticket.
- Go to Settings.
- Set the start date and end date of your event.
- Save
Result:
Multi-day events
For example, if you’re hosting a conference or trade show over several days, your guests can keep their ticket easily accessible in the Wallet for the entire duration of the event.
FEATURE UPDATE
WALLET-TICKETS FÜR MEHRTÄGIGE EVENTS
A new placeholder is now available, allowing you to insert individual download links for Wallet or PDF tickets directly into your email campaigns.
How it works:
- In the Email Editor, open a text element and click “Find Placeholder” in the toolbar.
- Under the “URLs” group, you’ll now find two new placeholders:
- Wallet Pass Download URL: {{guest.wallet_pass_download_url}}
- PDF Ticket Download URL: {{guest.pdf_ticket_download_url}}
- You can insert these placeholders into buttons or text links as needed.
- Save.
Result:
The download link is automatically personalized for each guest.
