This article explains how to present exhibitors and sponsors in your Event App.
CREATE AN EXHIBITOR PROFILE
1. Open Event App > Exhibitors.
2. Click Create exhibitor.
3. Add the logo, name, and slogan.
4. Add the booth number and booth/location (e.g. "Main hall").
5. Add the exhibitor's website.
6. Assign tags to categorise the exhibitor (e.g. industry or sponsorship level).
7. Save the profile.
MAKE EXHIBITORS SEARCHABLE
Participants can search the exhibitor directory in the app and filter it using the assigned tags. A complete, well-maintained booth number also makes it easier to find exhibitors on-site – use the event plan for this as well.
| Tip: Ask exhibitors and sponsors for their logo, slogan, and booth information well in advance so that the directory is complete in time for the event. |
