Set the Number of Rows in the Guest List
This article explains how to specify how many guests are displayed per page in the guest list and how this setting is saved.
REQUIREMENTS
Before you start, you need:
- Access to the event's guest list
SELECT THE NUMBER OF ROWS
- Open the guest list in the event.
- Open the row count dropdown at the bottom of the table.
- Select the desired value.
| Setting | Value |
|---|---|
| Default for new guest lists | 50 rows |
| Selectable values | 25, 50, 100, 250, 500, 1,000 |
THE SETTING IS SAVED FOR EACH EVENT
Your selection is retained the next time you open the same event. Each event retains its own setting, because an event with 50 guests and one with 5,000 guests rarely need the same view.
The saved row count is specific to your view.
Your colleagues retain their own setting.

Recommendation: For very large events, a medium number of rows is usually more convenient, as more data is loaded with each additional row. |
