Deleting guests is done in two steps.
First, guests are archived to prevent accidental deletions.
They can then be either restored or permanently deleted from the archive.
| ⚠️ | Archiving does not free up the quota. |
ARCHIVE GUESTS
- Select the desired guests in your guest list.
- Open the Action for Selection menu above the guest list.
- Choose Archive Guests.
You will then be asked to confirm the archiving.
Note: If a main guest is archived, all associated companions are automatically archived as well.
After successful archiving, you will receive a notification in the Notification Center (bell icon): Archiving completed.
VIEW ARCHIVE
To access the archive, click on Options in the upper right corner of the guest list, then select Show Archived.
There you will see a separate guest list containing all archived guests.
All information of these guests remains fully intact. The view can be filtered, sorted, and customized as usual.
RESTORE OR PERMANENTLY DELETE GUESTS FROM THE ARCHIVE
Select the desired guests in the archive and open the Action for Selection menu again. Two options are available:
RESTORE
You can restore guests along with all information. Optionally, you can keep the original guest status or set it to “Imported”.
DELETE
This permanently removes guests from the system. Once permanently deleted, restoration is no longer possible.
Note:
When archiving and deleting:
Actions affecting main guests are always automatically applied to companions as well.
DELETE FIELD CONTENTS VIA BULK UPDATE
Additionally, it is possible to delete the contents of individual fields for multiple guests simultaneously via bulk update.
This allows quick and efficient processing of larger data sets.
