Start trial periods in the Marketplace

This article explains which products offer a trial period, how to start one, and what happens after the trial period ends.

PRODUCTS WITH A TRIAL PERIOD

You can try some products for free before requesting them. You can identify them in the Marketplace by the Start trial period action. Use the Status > Trial period filter to see all products that are currently in a trial period.

REQUIREMENTS

• Each trial period can be started once per organisation.
• You need permission to edit or manage the respective product.

STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE

1. Open the desired product in the Marketplace.
2. On the product card, solution page, or detail view, click Start trial period.
3. Read the brief three-step introduction.
4. Start the trial period. You will be taken directly to the product.

During the trial period, My products displays the number of days remaining. Click View introduction to open the introduction again. You can request the product at any time using the shopping cart.

AFTER THE TRIAL PERIOD ENDS

After the trial period ends, you can view and export your data for 90 days, but you can no longer edit it. When you open the product, you will see a notice that the trial period has ended and can request the product directly.
