Deleting guests takes place in two stages.
First, guests are moved to the archive to prevent any accidental deletions. In the archive, guests can be restored or permanently deleted.
To archive guests, select them first, then go to the "Action for Selection" menu above the guest list on the left and click on "Archive Guests." You will then be asked once more if you really want to archive these guests.
ℹ️ Warning: Archiving a main guest will automatically archive all associated companions as well.
If everything worked, you will receive a notification in the notification center (bell icon) Archiving completed. ✅
To access the archive, click on "Options" above the guest list on the right and then on "Show Archived."
You will be taken to a new guest list where the archived guests are stored. The guests remain unchanged, and all their information is still saved in the system. You can edit, filter, and sort the view as usual.
If you now select guests again and click on the "Action for Selection" menu, you will have two options:
- Restore - You have the option to restore your guests along with all their information. You can also choose whether to keep their guest status or change it to "Imported."
- Delete - Here you can permanently delete your guest and all associated data.
After this, the data cannot be recovered.

Deleting Field Contents via Bulk Update
You also have the option to delete the contents of a field via bulk update for multiple guests at the same time.
