Limits affect the fields you have created in your event. Specifically, they apply to single selection and multiple selection fields.
Please note that currently only fields with the field property "Individual value for main guest and companion (guest)" are supported.

STEP 1
CREATE LIMIT
To assign a limit to a selection field, proceed as follows:
- Click on "+ Create Limit".
STEP 2
SELECT FIELD
In the next step, select the field for which you want to set a limit.
STEP 3
CONFIGURE LIMIT
After selecting the field, the configuration opens.
Enter limit
Enter the desired maximum value here. That is, the maximum number available for this selection field.
Define status for calculation
In the lower section, specify which guest statuses should be used to calculate the remaining capacity.
- By default, "Confirmed" is selected
- You can adjust this value as you wish
- Multiple statuses can also be considered simultaneously
STEP 4
DISPLAY AVAILABILITY IN FORM
After you have set a limit, you can determine in the registration form whether the availability of the selection options should be displayed.
Examples:
- "12 spots still available"
- "Option fully booked"
- Dynamically updated remaining quotas
