OVERVIEW
This article shows you how to send email campaigns.
SENDING EMAIL CAMPAIGNS
To send email campaigns to your guests (instead of automated emails – see Customizing Email Templates), you need to select all the guests who should receive an email in the guest list.
To do this, click the box to the left of the guest’s name. You can also select the box next to the “#” to select all guests at once.
Once you have selected all desired guests, click the dropdown menu in the top left corner labeled Action for Selection and choose Send Email.
Here you can select your email template and review everything once again.
You have the option to select a specific guest from the list (on the right) and view their individual email. Alternatively, you can iterate through the emails using the Next and Previous options.
If everything is in order, you can click the Send button at the bottom right at any time to send the email to your guests.
SEND PREVIEW
The Send Preview feature is also useful. It allows you to send a test email to an address you specify.
SPECIAL CASE: EDITING WHEN SENDING A SINGLE EMAIL
When sending a single email, an additional feature is available that is especially useful for testing placeholders and conditions from your email template.
You can directly edit your email in preview mode.
To do this, click the Editor Icon at the top or directly below the templates on Edit Email Template.

Your email template will not be changed – only the individual email is adjusted before sending. If you use this feature to test certain placeholders or Twig conditions and want to transfer the content into the email template, copy the corresponding finished section and paste it into the actual template. |
