This article explains how to start the Event Planner trial, what happens after it ends, and how to book Event Planner.
REQUIREMENTS
- A role with permission to edit planning (Company Owner, Admin or Manager).
- Your organisation has not used the trial yet.
START THE TRIAL
- Open an event and click Planning in the navigation.
- Read the start page with the conditions and “How it works in 3 steps”.
- Click Start trial.
The trial lasts 28 days and applies to all events in your organisation. A notice on every Planner page shows the number of days remaining, for example, “Trial, 7 days remaining”. An “Getting started” card guides you through the budget, task list, suppliers and first quote.

Note: Each organisation can start the trial once. You will receive a reminder by notification and email two days before it ends. |
AFTER THE TRIAL

After the trial ends, click Planning to see the “Trial ended” page with a summary of your previous planning. Click View planning to access your data. As soon as you book Event Planner, your planning becomes fully available again.
REQUEST A QUOTE
- Click Request a quote, for example in the trial notice or on the “Trial ended” page.
- Optionally select whether you are interested in an event licence or an annual licence, or select “I don’t know yet”.
- Add a message if needed and submit the request.

LICENCE TYPES
| Licence | Scope |

| Event licence | For individual events; can be edited until 90 days after the event ends, then view-only |
| Annual licence | For all events in the organisation, 12 months; then view-only for 90 days |
| Important: An organisation uses either event licences or an annual licence, not both at the same time. Booking is available from the Advanced package onwards. |
