This article explains how to add service providers to an event and maintain their price lists in the Event Planner.
REQUIREMENTS
- Permission to edit the planning
WHAT ARE VENDORS?
Vendors are service providers such as caterers, technology companies, or venues.
In AirLST CRM, they are companies with the “Service provider” role.
This allows you to maintain a vendor’s name, location, and contacts only once and use them in all events.
| What | Where to edit it |
|---|---|
| Master data (name, location, contacts, roles, trade) | In the CRM |
| Price list | In the Event Planner |
| Quotes, receipts, documents | In the respective event |
ADD A VENDOR TO THE EVENT
- In the event, open Planning › Vendors.
- Click Add vendor.
- Search for the vendor by name.
- If the vendor does not exist yet, create it in the same dialogue.
| Note: If you create a vendor with a name that already exists, the Planner uses the existing entry. This prevents duplicates. |
MAINTAIN THE PRICE LIST
- Click the vendor to open the flyout.
- Go to the Price list section.
- Create items with a service, unit, net price, and validity period.
The price list is available when recording quotes in all events.
