In this article, you will learn how to configure participant profiles for networking in your Event App.
ENABLE PARTICIPANT PROFILES
1. Open Event App > Setup > Profile.
2. Enable "Enable participant profiles" so that participants can create and manage their profile in the app.
DEFINE VISIBLE FIELDS
In the "Field visibility" section, you determine which fields are available in the participant profile, including:
• Profile photo
• First name / Last name
• Job title
• Phone
• Company
• About me / Bio
• Website
Use Select all or Deselect all to enable or disable all fields at once; individual fields can be enabled separately using the toggle.
OBSERVE DATA PRIVACY
Enable only the fields that are actually useful for networking at your event. The fewer personal data elements that are publicly visible in the participant profile, the lower the data privacy risk for your participants.
