In this article, you will learn how to create surveys in your Event App and evaluate results in real time.
CREATE A SURVEY
1. Open Event App > Surveys.
2. Click Create survey and enter a title.
3. In the editor, add individual questions using Add question. Available options include rating questions (stars), single-choice questions, and free-text questions.
PUBLISH A SURVEY
As long as a survey has the status "Draft", it is not yet visible to participants. Publish the survey as soon as all questions are final so that participants can complete it in the app.
EVALUATE RESULTS LIVE
In the Results tab, you can see in real time how many questions the survey contains, how many responses have been received, how many participants have taken part, and what the response rate is.
ADDITIONAL SETTINGS
In the Settings tab, you can configure additional survey options. In the Survey preview tab, you can see how the survey is displayed to participants in the app.
| Tip: Based on experience, short surveys with a few clearly worded questions achieve a higher response rate than long questionnaires. |
