In this article, you will learn how to create interactive quizzes for your Event App.
CREATING A QUIZ
1. Open Event App > Quizzes.
2. Click Create.
3. Enter a title and description (in multiple languages, if enabled).
4. Activate the "Active" toggle once the quiz should be available to participants.
ADDING ROUNDS AND QUESTIONS
After creating the quiz, add individual rounds ("Rounds") and questions or elements ("Elements"). Participants earn points for each correct answer, which are combined in a leaderboard.
QR CODE SCANS ON SITE
Quizzes can also be combined with QR code scans on site, for example to award additional points at specific stations at your event.
EXPORTING THE LEADERBOARD
Use Export leaderboard to create an Excel file with the leaderboard of all participants across all quizzes in the event, including total points and points per quiz. Optionally, add additional guest columns (e.g., company, role, or custom registration fields)—useful for identifying VIPs or filtering the table by group. You will receive a download link via notification as soon as the file is ready.
