This article explains how to automatically print a name badge for each guest using a Brother label printer as soon as they check in with the AirLST Check-In App.
REQUIREMENTS

Printer: Brother QL-820NWBc
Currently the only supported label printer for the automatic printing function.

Labels:
Brother DK-22205 (white, 62 mm x 30.48 m, continuous labels) for smooth surfaces or
Brother DK-11234 (white, 260 name badges, 60 x 86 mm) for clothing.
- AirLST Check-In App: Installed (see Check-In App - Download).
- Name badge template: already created in the AirLST Suite.

STEP 1
CONNECT SMARTPHONE TO THE BROTHER PRINTER
Open the Bluetooth settings on your smartphone (not within the Check-In App) and connect to the Brother label printer.
STEP 2
OPEN AIRLST CHECK-IN APP
Launch the AirLST Check-In App and go to the Settings menu.
STEP 3
ENABLE PRINT OPTIONS
Scroll to Print Options, toggle the switch for Print on, and select Online SaaS as the printing method.
STEP 4
CONFIGURE PRINTER
Tap on Change Print Configuration and proceed as follows:
- Select Printer > Bluetooth Printer > Search for Printers.
- Choose your Brother label printer from the list.
- The status will then show “Connected to: QL.”
STEP 5
SELECT TEMPLATE
Go to Template > Available Templates and select the desired name badge template.
STEP 6
RETURN TO SETTINGS
Return to the Settings menu.
STEP 7
ENABLE AUTOMATIC PRINTING
Toggle on the switch for “Enable Auto-Print on Checkin”.
